Easy Naked services are delivered via Unconditioned Local Loop (ULL). If you already have an active service delivered via ULL with another provider, we may be able to transfer it to Easy Naked.

• ULL is used by most service providers to deliver 'naked ADSL' services; and in some cases ADSL services that are bundled with a phone service.

Transferring a ULL service tends to be a simple and convenient approach, with minimal downtime and no site visit required.

How to transfer a suitable existing service to Easy Naked

Simply order Easy Naked via Transfer Naked ADSL Service, with a $79 setup fee on a 24 month contract, or a $129 setup fee if you prefer a monthly contract.

The typical timeframe from when you place your order to the cutover activity occurring is one to two weeks, and please note:

• You won't need to cancel your existing ULL service - that will happen automatically when the conversion is done. In fact if you cancel your current ULL service first, the transfer order will fail!
• However you should contact your previous service provider after you have been cutover to Easy Naked, to ensure your billing is finalised with them.

What services can be transferred?

This depends on the broadband infrastructure that we can connect you to:

If there is capacity on an Internode DSLAM

In areas where we can deliver your Easy Naked service via an Internode DSLAM, any service that is delivered via Unbundled Local Loop can be transferred. Technically, this is a 'Transfer of Unbundled Local Loop' or TULL, and is the method we try first.

• This involves a $79 setup fee on a 24 month contract, or a $129 setup fee if you prefer a monthly contract.

If there is capacity on an Optus DSLAM (and not on an Internode DSLAM)

In areas where an Internode DSLAM is not available, we connect customers to Easy Naked via an Optus DSLAM. However for this type of transfer process to be successful, your current service must already be connected via an Optus DSLAM. Technically, this is an 'Optus Fast Transfer' or 'Optus Churn'.

• This involves a $0 setup fee on a 24 month contract, or a $39 setup fee if you prefer a monthly contract.

Existing Contractual Commitments

Please check carefully with your current provider regarding the contractual commitments and break / disconnection fees associated with your current naked ADSL service. Internode is not responsible for these charges.
