If you already have a suitable Internode ADSL service—connected via a Telstra Wholesale DSLAM port—you can simply request an online plan change to Easy Reach. There's no once-off charge for this plan change - even if this involves a speed change.
The first step is to check whether Easy Reach is available in your exchange area:
This will indicate whether your local exchange has the necessary equipment to deliver Easy Reach. It doesn't however analyse the copper access network between your premises and the local exchange—that can only be done when we receive your order.
We'll check all these items as part of provisioning your service. If at any point we find you cannot obtain an Easy Reach service at your premise, you can cancel the order with no penalty—no success, no fee!
There are two methods to setup an Internode Easy Reach service. Please review this information, and if you're still not sure, just contact Internode Sales for further assistance.

If you don't already have ADSL on your phone line, then simply signup online for a new Easy Reach service
This is available if your current ADSL service is delivered via a Telstra Wholesale or BigPond ADSL port. It provides a fast, low cost transfer to any of the Easy Reach plans. There is no churn fee on a 24 month contract; or you can pay a $39 churn fee if you prefer a monthly contract.
It's a simple process to take advantage of churn—you just need to select your current ISP's name from the list presented during the online signup process. Please read our Churn FAQ if you require any further information.
The final alternative—if you can stand not having broadband for a couple of weeks—is to cancel your current ADSL service, and order a new Easy Reach service from scratch!
If you disconnect from your current provider via any method, your existing ISP may charge you contract break fees and/or service disconnection fees in accordance with their contract with you. Internode is not responsible for, and has no control over, those fees. Please check your existing contractual conditions carefully before changing providers.
