Internode has recently introduced a new program, for Open-licensed cablers to enter into an agreement with Internode to provide you with first-class cabling services. Internode Authorised Cablers are independent, so they don't work for us, they work for you. We just bring you together.
If you have any concerns about an Internode Authorised Cabler, ask to see their telecommunications cabling registration card. Internode Authorised Cablers have agreed to match our high standards in customer service, and must have a valid Open registration with an ACMA authorised registrar.
If you aren't happy with the service you receive from an Internode Authorised Cabler, you can register a complaint with Internode. We take customer care seriously.
If there are no listed Internode Authorised Cablers in your area, look in the Yellow Pages® directory under:
For additional information about using licensed cablers and correct practices, see the ACMA website.
If you are the holder of a current Open cabling license, are familiar with ADSL broadband installations and CPE, and provide a high level of quality workmanship in your customer premises cabling work, we'd like to hear from you. Please download this pdf for more information.
Although Internode requires all Internode Authorised Cablers to be appropriately qualified and insured to provide the cabling services you require, they are independent businesses and you retain their services on that basis. Accordingly, Internode disclaims any liability arising from the provision of services by an Internode Authorised Cabler.
