Annex M

No Phone Service Required - If all you want is a Broadband Internet service, then this is the product you're after. With SOHO NakedExtreme ADSL2+, there is no requirement to have a traditional telephone service.

Fixed Monthly Charge - SOHO ADSL services are fixed price, regardless of your download volumes. If your download quota is exceeded, shaping of download traffic is applied at 128 kilobits per second (no shaping is applied to upload traffic). Data Blocks are available for online purchase, if you need an instant quota top up.
Annex M Capable - Internode SOHO NakedExtreme® ADSL2+services include ADSL2+ Annex M, with uploads speeds of up to 2,500 kbps.
Expert Help Desk - Internode provides free, expert and friendly Help Desk support available to you 7 days a week.
Static IP Address - These are 'Layer 2' static IP services, suitable for hosting servers and operating Internet Virtual Private Networks.
Five Free Email Accounts - Up to 5 free email accounts can be established, all with email spam and virus filtering at no additional charge.
Free Webspace - Free 50 Mbyte webspace is available to all Internode SOHO ADSL customers for personal, non-commercial use.
Unmetered Content - Unmetered content doesn't use up your monthly download quota. This includes our Online Streaming Radio servers; our extensive Online Games network for low ping gaming; our mirror servers for file downloads; and other selected content sources including ABC iView and TiVo online.
Premium Usenet - Internode broadband customers can access our Premium Usenet service at no additional charge, note these downloads are counted toward your monthly quota.
Free soho.on.net Subdomain Name - Free soho.on.net subdomain name to link to your own server. Choose your own subdomain name - eg 'mycompany.soho.on.net' - subject to approval by Internode.
Included Dialup Account - Includes a dialup account, for when you're away from your broadband connection, with 10 included hours per month then $1/hour pay-as-you-go. Dialup access is available Australia-wide at local call rates. Optionally, for an extra $10 per month you can have 300 included hours of dialup per month.
Global Roaming Facility - We offer a global roaming facility for dialup, WiFi and hotel Ethernet access across the world via iPass (separate usage charges apply).
No Upload Surcharge - All upload direction data is free of charge, and doesn't count against your monthly quota.
No Peak / Off Peak Limitations - Internode has no Peak or Off-Peak timezones - use the service how and when you want to.

Service options and charges

Internode NakedExtreme ADSL2+ Setup - 24 month contract

$79.00

This option offers you a discounted $79 establishment fee with a 24 month contract term. This applies if you wish to convert a suitable existing telephone service into NakedExtreme ADSL2+; or to establish NakedExtreme ADSL2+ via a new service connection onto a vacant copper pair.

If you cancel your service during the initial 24 month period, you are liable for an early cancellation charge. This charge is $120 in the first 12 months, reducing to $65 during the second 12 months. Full details on the 24 month contract are available here.

Internode NakedExtreme ADSL2+ Setup - 1 month contract

$129.00

The alternative is to pay a setup fee and have no long term commitment. A $129 setup fee applies when you establish your NakedExtreme ADSL2+ service via:

converting a suitable existing telephone service into NakedExtreme ADSL2+; or
establishing NakedExtreme ADSL2+ via a new service connection onto a vacant copper pair.

There's no early cancellation charge with this option - your only commitment is the 'one month rolling contract' that is inherent in paying one month's rental in advance on your service.

Relocate an Internode ADSL Service

From $0.00

If you move to a new house or office location, you have a choice of contractual arrangements:

you can choose to have this done at no charge, in which case you enter a new 24 month contract term on the service at your new premises; or
you can pay $99 for the relocation, and your existing contract term (if any) is carried across to the service at your new premises - ie it is not restarted.

Providing the relocation is successful, no early cancellation charge will apply to your previous service. You can even change Internode ADSL service type when you move - for example change from ADSL Standard at your old place, to NakedExtreme ADSL2+ at your new place - for no extra charge.

Change Your Plan

$0.00

There is no charge for changing your monthly download quota - for example from 5 Gbytes per month to 10 Gbytes per month.

Also please note that any changes requested will take effect at the start of next billing period - remember you can use Data Blocks if you need an instant quota upgrade.
There is also no charge to change your plan type - for example, from Home NakedExtreme ADSL2+ to SOHO NakedExtreme ADSL2+ - and once again, this will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

These changes can be requested at any time via our online planchanger, and are available regardless of whether you are within a contract term or not.

GST

All quoted pricing includes GST.

Limitations

IP address assignments are from Internode address ranges and are retained by Internode on termination of service.
Static IP allocations may be modified by Internode to address technical requirements at 14 days notice.
All SOHO ADSL plans support one single standard login (with associated static IP) and up to 4 additional logins (with dynamic IP addresses).
Conditions may change - If service conditions are changed in the future, customers will be permitted to cease using the service without penalty if the new conditions are not accepted
Definitions (in accordance with Australian ISP conventions):
- 1 MB or 1 Mbyte is 1 Megabyte = 1,000,000 bytes.
- 1 GB or 1 Gbyte is 1 Gigabyte - 1 Gigabyte is equal to 1,000 Megabytes.

ADSL Account Application Notes

When you apply for SOHO NakedExtreme ADSL2+, you should be aware of certain obligations and conditions once the order form is received by Internode.

Please be aware that when you sign the application form you are signing to say that you accept and agree to be bound by the Internode Standard Form of Agreement, ADSL Service Specifications and Naked ADSL Service Schedule - these documents are available here. Please call us if you would like any help interpreting these documents.

The Internode ADSL Contract

When you signup for Internode ADSL, you can either:

have a reduced setup fee, with an early cancellation charge ($120 in the first year, $65 in the second year) if you cancel within the first 24 months; or
pay the full setup fee, and have a rolling one month contract with no early cancellation charges.

ADSL Relocations

If you plan to move premises, you'll need to use our online relocation process. This ensures a smooth transition, and gives you the choice of:

no ADSL relocation fee, and a new 24 month contract; or
a $99 relocation fee, with any existing contract term carried across to your new premises.

Billing & Notifications

Tax invoices, Internode Bulletins and automated data usage warning messages are sent to your Internode email address. Please refer to the configuration sheet (supplied when your service is activated) for details of your Internode email address. You can automatically forward these emails to a preferred email account if required, via our online Email Management system.

As per the Internode Standard Form of Agreement, payment is required in advance. You will be required to pay the setup fee and any equipment costs (if applicable) and the first monthly fee upon provisioning of your service. Billing will begun within 7 days of the service being provisioned by our carrier, or earlier if you have registered a sucessful login.

Broadband services are non-refundable, however no charges apply until the service is confirmed as deliverable by our carrier.

Posting of paper invoices is available but discouraged for environmental reasons, and if requested will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to payments made by credit card - full details on this and our other payment options are available here.
