Small Business NodePhone Plans

These plans are ideal for your initial entry into VoIP, and are designed to meet the typical requirements of a small business environment. You can choose any of these plans when you signup online for NodePhone.

Notes

• The NodePhone1 service establishment charge is waived with the purchase from Internode of any of our approved hardware. This includes the Siemens Gigaset DECT/IP phone system ($199) and the Billion 7401VGP-R3 ADSL VoIP router ($199) - click here for more details.
• NodePhone1 supports all NodePhone outbound calling, along with incoming calls from other NodePhone services.
• NodePhone2 supports all NodePhone outbound calling, along with incoming calls from other NodePhone services and from the Public Switched Telephone Network. Also included are incoming Caller ID, and a sophisticated voicemail service that features voicemail as email.
• The NodePhone2 plans also include a monthly call credit - ranging from $10 monthly credit on the $5 per month Starter plan; right up to $40 monthly credit on the $20 per month Premium plan! This credit is applied to all of your NodePhone call charges - including local, national, mobiles and international.
• The NodePhone2-Special plan is only available to NakedExtreme ADSL2+ customers, with a limit of one service per customer.

Advanced NodePhone Plans

These high-end plans are available for both NodePhone1 and NodePhone2 services. When combined with NodePhone MultiLine for additional channel capacity, the result is significant savings for Internode business customers with intensive voice requirements.

Call Rates

All calls are charged based entirely on the destination of the call, not the source of the call. Normal broadband traffic charges apply. Call rate pricing is located here.

Plan Changes

• There is no charge for changing from a NodePhone1 service to a NodePhone2 service.
• There is no charge for changing between NodePhone2 plans - for example, changing from NodePhone2-Value to NodePhone2-Premium.
• Please use the NodePhone online plan changer to effect these changes.

Billing

NodePhone has a monthly billing arrangement, and any requested changes to your account (eg plan change) is actioned by our system at the start of the next billing period. Existing Internode broadband customers simply have the NodePhone charges added to their existing billing arrangement.

Please note that the first monthly service charge, plus establishment and hardware charges, must be paid in full before Internode can activate the service.

Posting of paper invoices is available but discouraged for environmental reasons, and if requested will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to payments made by credit card - full details on this and our other payment options are available here.
