On 12th July 2011 Internode released a revised set of plans across the ADSL broadband range. These plans are available now, both for new customers and existing Internode customers.

Highlights of the new plans include:

• Easy Broadband : 50 GB quota boosts at two popular monthly price points (when bundled with NodeLine); and overall a simplification of the plan range. The broadband bundling discount increases to $20 per month.
• Easy Bundle : Also receives a 50 GB quota boosts at two popular monthly price points, and a simplification of the plan range.
• Easy Naked : These plans are now bundled with a fully-featured NodePhone VoIP phone service, including $10 included call credit every month. The plan range is simplified with new monthly price and quota points.
• Easy Reach : There are two new monthly price and quota points, and an increase in the broadband bundling discount to $20. However, the bundling discount is now only available in selected areas.

In addition, the new plans also feature:

• No charge for downgrading plans. The new plans do not have the $29 plan downgrade fee on the previous 'T-Shirt' plans (and this fee no longer applies to the 'T-Shirt' plans).
• No 12 month contract term for plan changing to Easy Reach. Plan changing from an earlier Internode ADSL plan to an Easy Reach plan no longer has any effect on your current contract term.
• No penalty for multiple concurrent connections on the same ADSL line. Please note this is not supported on all ADSL platforms; and also note that penalties still apply for multiple concurrent connections involving the same login credentials on different lines.

The new Easy Broadband plans

Easy Broadband is Internode's most popular broadband solution, direct from Internode's own DSLAM network.

The main changes to the Easy Broadband range are:

• the broadband bundling discount is now $20 per month (up from $10 per month), when the phone line associated with your ADSL is a NodeLine service;
• a 50 GB quota boost at the $49.95 (bundled) and $69.95 (bundled) price points; and
• the previous 350 GB and 600 GB quota options are no longer available.

Additionally, the $29 fee to downgrade your plan is no longer applicable (and also no longer applies to the previous Easy Broadband 'T-Shirt' plans).

Existing Internode Easy Broadband Customers

Customers that currently have an Easy Broadband 'T-Shirt' plan - or the one of earlier 'Extreme' plans - can request a change to any of these new plans, if they wish. Otherwise you will remain on your existing grandfathered plan, which has not been changed.

The new Easy Bundle plans

Easy Bundle delivers a complete package: a high speed ADSL2+ broadband connection with generous quotas, and a traditional telephone service offering competitive call rates.

The main changes to the Easy Bundle range are:

• a 50 GB quota boost at the $79.90 and $99.90 price points; and
• the previous 350 GB quota option is no longer available.

Additionally, the $29 fee to downgrade your plan is no longer applicable (and also no longer applies to the previous Easy Bundle 'T-Shirt' plans).

Existing Internode Easy Bundle Customers

Customers that currently have an Easy Bundle 'T-Shirt' plan - or the one of earlier 'UltraBundle' plans - can request a change to any of these new plans, if they wish. Otherwise you will remain on your existing grandfathered plan, which has not been changed.

The new Easy Naked plans

New Easy Naked plans are now bundled with a fully-featured NodePhone VoIP phone service, including $10 call credit every month. Other changes to the Easy Naked range are:

• pricing changes toward alignment with bundles of Easy Broadband with NodeLine and the Easy Bundle plans;
• a new 30 GB entry plan;
• a 50 GB quota boost for the mid-tier plans; and
• the previous 350 GB and 600 GB quota options are no longer available.

Please note that the 1000 GB quota plan is only available on Easy Naked services delivered via the Internode broadband access network. Plans up to and including 300 Gbytes are available on Easy Naked services delivered by either the Internode or Optus Wholesale access networks.

Additionally, the $29 fee to downgrade your plan is no longer applicable (and also no longer applies to the previous Easy Naked 'T-Shirt' plans).

Existing Internode Naked ADSL Customers

Customers that currently have an Easy Naked 'T-Shirt' plan - or the one of earlier 'Naked ADSL' plans - can request a change to any of these new plans, if they wish.

Otherwise you will remain on your existing grandfathered plan. One of these plans - Easy Naked S - is subject to a price rise of $10 when it it is out of contract, and you will be notified prior to this occurring - more details.

The new Easy Reach plans

Easy Reach delivers high speed broadband nationwide, via Australia's largest broadband network.

The main changes to the Easy Reach range are:

• the broadband bundling discount is now $20 per month (up from $10 per month), when the phone line associated with your ADSL is a NodeLine service;
• the bundling discount is only available in selected areas - enter your phone number in our coverage checker to check availability in your area;
• new 100 GB and 250 GB quota options are now available; and
• the previous 30 GB Special and 200 GB quota options are no longer available.

Additionally, changing plans from an earlier Internode ADSL plan to the new Easy Reach plans no longer has any effect on your current contract term.

Existing Easy Reach Customers

Customers that currently have an Easy Reach plan - or the one of earlier 'ADSL Standard' or 'ADSL Fast' plans - can request a change to any of these new plans, if they wish.

Customers on certain plans will be progressively moved to these new plans if their service is not within contract. This affects the following plans only - Easy Reach 60, Easy Reach 200, SOHO Reach 60 & SOHO Reach 200; as well as the earlier Easy Broadband (including 'Classic') plans where delivered via a Telstra Wholesale access.
