The new Easy plans and Option Packs represent a significant improvement and simplification for the Internode ADSL product range.
If you already have an earlier generation of Internode ADSL, here's how you can benefit from the improved value of Easy:
| Your Current Plan | Recommended New Plan |
|---|---|
| Extreme® ADSL2+ | Easy Broadband |
| NakedExtreme or NakedUltra | Easy Naked |
| Ultra, UltraLine or UltraBundle | Easy Bundle |
| ADSL Standard - all fixed speed services at 256/64k, 512/128k 512/512k or 1500/256k |
Easy Reach |
| ADSL Fast, Fast2, High, Plus or TwoPlus | Easy Reach |
Most residential customers find that an Internode Easy plan provides all of the features they need for home broadband.
| Your Current Service Type | Recommended Option Pack |
|---|---|
| Home ADSL | Easy - no option pack |
| SOHO ADSL | Easy with Power Pack |
| Business ADSL | Easy with Business Pack |
If you change plans from SOHO ADSL to an Easy plan with a Power Pack, your current static IP address assignment will not change.
You can continue to use your '.soho.on.net' subdomain; or alternatively request a new '.power.on.net' subdomain - it's your choice. Existing .soho.on.net subdomains will also automatically work under .power.on.net.
If you change plans from Business ADSL to an Easy plan with a Business Pack, your current static IP address assignment - including IP subnet, if any - will not change.
Please note that SOHO ADSL/Power Packs and Business ADSL/Business Packs use different IP address pools. Hence an IP address change will occur if you change between these groups - for example from SOHO ADSL to Easy with a Business Pack; etc.
It's very easy - simply request an online plan change to the latest Easy plans. The plan change will happen on your next monthly rollover date.
This means that you have been migrated to an Agile DSLAM port, but are not on an Extreme plan. Note that our plan changer will offer the best plans that are available on your current broadband connection.
So if you are currently connected to an Agile DSLAM, you will be offered the Easy Broadband plans instead of the Easy Reach plans - regardless of your current plan.
This is more than a plan change - it involves changing your broadband infrastructure as well. So this involves a different order type - in essence, signing up for an Easy Naked service by converting your existing service.
The Transfer page under each of the Easy products explains the process in detail.
