• Security Protection - Internode protects NodeMobile customers by filtering ports which are generally used to propagate network worms and attacks. You are welcome to disable that protection via an online web page if you wish.

How fast is NodeMobile Data?

The speed of mobile broadband services will vary depending on a number of factors, however most users report average download speeds in the range of 512 kbps to 1.5 Mbps.

Compare this to conventional dialup modem speeds - which on average peak at around 45 kilobits per second download and around 31 kilobits per second upload - and you'll agree there's a big difference!
