If you already have an Internode Easy Naked service, you can simply request an online plan change to NakedExtreme ADSL2+ via the My Internode toolbox.
For everyone else, there are two ways to obtain NakedExtreme ADSL2+. This page describes both methods, so you can determine which one is most appropriate for your circumstances.
The very first thing to check is whether NakedExtreme ADSL2+ is available in your exchange area! Simply enter your telephone number into our Coverage Checker, and the availability of our various ADSL service types will be clearly listed.
This will indicate whether your local exchange has the necessary equipment (an Internode DSLAM) to deliver NakedExtreme ADSL2+. It doesn't however analyse the copper access network between your premises and the local exchange - that can only be done when we receive your order. Specifically, NakedExtreme ADSL2+ can only be delivered :
Significantly, it does not matter how far you are from the local exchange - there's no 'transmission loss too high' on NakedExtreme ADSL2+!
It is also worth noting that not all Internode DSLAMs currently offer NakedExtreme ADSL2+ services.
We'll check all these items as part of provisioning your service. If at any point we find you cannot obtain a NakedExtreme ADSL2+ service at your premise, you can cancel the order with no penalty - no success, no fee!
Read on for details on how to obtain NakedExtreme ADSL2+. If you’re still not sure, please contact Internode Sales for further assistance.
This involves the conversion of an existing active telephone service into a NakedExtreme ADSL2+ service, with only a brief outage. This tends to be the most convenient method, since no site visit is required
Further details are available here.
These connections involve installing your NakedExtreme ADSL2+ service on to an existing spare ('vacant') copper pair at your premises - a site visit will be required.
Further details are available here.
Please ensure that you are aware of the costs that you may incur for cancelling NakedExtreme ADSL2+ orders prior to cutover. Also note that we will install the service exactly as specified by you - so please double-check the service address and phone number carefully!
You can cancel an order for NakedExtreme ADSL2+ up to a week before the scheduled cutover date, without penalty. After this point we incur considerable third party costs and commitments, and these are passed on to you.
Specifically, if you cancel your order for a NakedExtreme ADSL2+ service within five working days of the scheduled cutover date, then the setup charge ($79 on a 24 month contract / $129 otherwise) plus one month's rental plus the early cancellation charge ($120 on a 24 month contract / $0 otherwise) will apply.
Please ensure accuracy in the information that you provide us for your NakedExtreme ADSL2+ order, since we will install the service exactly according to the instructions that you have given us. So if you provide incorrect information on your order - such as the wrong phone number to be converted to NakedExtreme ADSL2+ - then your service may be installed on the wrong copper pair.
Because of costs that we incur in all completed conversions, you will be charged for corrections to the NakedExtreme ADSL2+ service that you have incorrectly specified. This will consist of either:
