Broadband ADSL Product Roadmap & Summary

Internode have a large selection of Broadband ADSL products and services available. The tables on this page are designed to briefly summarise these various products.

Here are some initial notes to help you understand the information presented on this page and assist with deciding which product is right for you.

• We use two ADSL access networks to deliver ADSL broadband to customers - Internode/Agile (our own network), and Telstra Wholesale.
• Different service types are available on the different access networks, and each network has different coverage and available speeds.
• We have different product names for the various service types available across the two access networks - Extreme & NakedExtreme (Agile/Internode); and Standard, Plus & TwoPlus (Telstra Wholesale).
• We have three plan types available across both networks, with different features to suit different customers needs - Home, SOHO and Business.

ADSL Access Networks - Your Options

The types of Internode ADSL broadband services available at your premises depend upon the ADSL access networks at your local exchange.

If you're unsure of which networks are available at your local exchange, simply enter your phone number in our online coverage checker. The results will indicate which networks (and ADSL service types) cover your local telephone exchange, and subsequently which products are available to you.

• ADSL means: an ADSL Broadband service (including, where applicable, ADSL2+).
• PSTN means: a 'conventional' dial tone telephone service (e.g. your normal home telephone).
• Note that all services are available with NodePhone - our Internet era voice over broadband (VoIP) service.

ADSL Plan Types - Your Options

Different customers have different requirements from their broadband service. Across any of the current broadband ADSL and ADSL2+ service types, you can choose from the following plan types:

• Home ADSL plans are the ideal choice for the residential customer, and deliver cost-effective broadband at a fixed monthly price.
• SOHO ADSL plans are targeted at Internet professionals and small businesses. These plans retain the fixed monthly price, and add the benefits of a static IP address and more generous excess shaping.
• Business ADSL plans are our premium broadband plans. These provide business customers with the certainty of consistently high speed and priority business support, backed by our Silver service level agreement.
