Upload Speeds Boosted for Existing Customers

Starting in December 2011, all existing Internode FTTH customers - even those on previous broadband plans - will have their upload speeds boosted. There's no additional charge and it's automatic - you don't need to request the upgrade or change your router settings.

This upload speed boost will deliver broadband speeds in line with our National Broadband Network services; specifically:

  • 25/2 Mbps* services will increase to 25/5 Mbps*
  • 50/4 Mbps* services will increase to 50/20 Mbps*
  • 100/8 Mbps* services will increase to 100/40 Mbps*

Features and Options

We've also included our standard broadband feature pack at no extra charge:

  • Fixed monthly charge - if your download quota is exceeded, we simply shape your service to 128/128 kbps for the rest of your billing month. Faster excess shaping is available with an option pack; and you can purchase a Data Block for an on-demand quota top up.
  • Up to five free spam & virus filtered email accounts and 50 MB of personal webspace.
  • A variety of unmetered download content including streaming radio stations; games.on.net; massive file mirrors; ABC iView and fetchtv online content - and more!

Internet professionals and business customers can also enhance their service via a choice of option packs.

Fibre to the Home Phone Services

FibrePhone services are available from $25 per month, with great value call rates - including 18 cent untimed calls to fixed line phones, Australia-wide.
