Yes? And Is Your House Fibre Ready?

As each new house is built in these developments, the optical fibre infrastructure is connected to an external cabinet containing an Optical Network Termination unit. From there, the broadband and/or telephone services need to be connected through to the 'smart cabling' system in your house, to the actual wall plates where you need the services delivered.

Please contact your builder or developer to confirm these activities are complete.

If you haven't been provided with an application form or pricelist from your builder/developer, simply download them from the left side panel of this page. You'll also need:

• a standard telephone handset or cordless base station, to use the phone service; and
