This is the very first thing to check! There are many new developments across Australia that are connected to Internode Fibre to the Home services - check out the Coverage Page to see if it's available in your area.
As each new house is built in these developments, the optical fibre infrastructure is connected to an external cabinet containing an Optical Network Termination Unit. From there, the broadband service needs to be connected through to the 'smart cabling' system in your house, to the actual wall plate where you need the service delivered.
Please contact your builder or developer to confirm these activities are complete.
If you haven't been provided with an application form or price list from your builder/developer, simply download them from the left side panel of this page.
You'll also need an Ethernet router, to use the broadband service and establish your own always-on, high performance and secure home wireless network. We recommend, sell and support a wide range of suitable equipment - please refer to our Fibre Broadband Hardware page for further information.
