These fees are for the establishment of the Internode broadband and telephone services. This does not include the supply and installation of the Optical Network Terminating Unit at your premises, or cabling within your premises. In general, this would be part of the design & construction of your new home - please refer to your builder or developer for more information.

The total minimum price depends on the setup option and plan that you select; as shown in the following tables. If you need to purchase equipment or arrange premises cabling, then your total costs may be higher.

The Total Minimum Price for a FibrePhone service on a monthly contract is $74.00.
This is the standard setup charge of $49.00 plus one months rental at $25.00 per month. Call charges are additional.

You will require an Ethernet router or 'home gateway' to connect to a Fibre to the Home network. If you don't already have a suitable device, check out our extensive range of broadband routers and VoIP phone equipment.
We will deliver your service to the Network Boundary Point at your premises, which is defined as the physical port or 'UNI' on the Optical Network Termination Device.
The Optical Network Termination Unit and any cabling from the Network Boundary Point to the location where you intend to use the service (if required) is your responsibility, and you may incur charges for any installation, repair or any other work required in relation to the Optical Network Termination Unit and cabling.
All quoted pricing includes GST.
When you apply for Internode Fibre to the Home service, you should be aware that you are entering an agreement with Internode.
When you sign up for a service you agree to the Internode Standard Form of Agreement; the Internode Fibre to the Premises Service Schedule for the broadband service; and (if applicable) the Internode FibrePhone Service Schedule for the telephone service. These are Internode's standard terms and conditions for Internode Fibre to the Home services.
In addition if you select the Business Pack option you also agree to the Business Pack Service Schedule.
When connected on a service with (for example) a 100 Mbps interface speed, you should not expect that everything that you download from the Internet will be received by you at 100 Mbps!
The Internode FibrePhone service is a fully featured next-generation telephony service that can both make calls to, and receive calls from, the public switched telephone network. While it is of a high availability design, it should not be relied upon for emergency communications (for example if you or any other resident have a serious medical condition). Priority Assistance is not available.
Please note that the telephone service requires AC electrical power at your premises to operate – it is your responsibility to address the battery backup option for your home communications system.
We have highlighted below some of the important limitations of the Internode FTTH Broadband service:
Tax invoices, Internode Bulletins and automated data usage warning messages are sent to your Internode email address. Please refer to the configuration sheet (supplied when your service is activated) for details of your Internode email address. You can automatically forward these emails to another email address if required, via our online Email Management system.
If you have ordered hardware you will be required to pay for it by credit card before it is sent to you. As per the Internode Standard Form of Agreement, payment for all recurring charges is required monthly in advance. This means that your first invoice will have the setup fee (if applicable) and the monthly plan fees for your service for the first 2 months. Billing will begin within 7 days of the service being provisioned by our carrier, or earlier if you have registered a successful login.
No charges apply until the service is confirmed as deliverable by our carrier.
Posting of paper invoices is available but discouraged for environmental reasons, and if requested will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to payments made by credit card - full details on this and our other payment options are available here.
