Why should I rent?

There are many advantages to renting equipment, including:

  • Access to quality equipment which might be too expensive to buy outright.
  • Equipment is guaranteed to be in working order, and will be replaced should it become faulty, without any cost to you.
  • Rental costs are fixed for the term of the contract, making it easy to forecast your expenses.
  • Businesses may be able to claim a tax deduction for the rental costs however, everyone's case is different, and you will need to discuss this with your tax consultant.

What do I get when I rent equipment?

All Internode rental equipment is fully tested, configured for you, and confirmed to be working. This equipment will be supplied from a rental pool, which means it may be new or refurbished equipment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. One of the advantages of renting for a small monthly fee is that we rent you the hardware you've chosen without a deposit.

What happens if the equipment breaks down, or is faulty?
What warranty do I get?

If a piece of rental equipment is found to be faulty, a replacement unit will be sent out. This applies for the life of the rental service, not just the initial 24-month contract.

What happens if I don't want to rent the equipment any more?

If you have completed the initial 24-month contract, simply pack up the equipment and all accessories and return the equipment to us. If you have not completed the 24-month contract, note that Early Termination Fees are applicable.
