Voice Call Charges

Included Calls and Text

NodeMobile plans have a defined monthly inclusion of Standard Calls & Text; and the Value, Premium and Sixty plans also have an inclusion of Calls to NodeMobiles.

The Standard Calls & Text inclusion provides a monthly amount of:

• voice calls to standard Australian fixed line phones (02, 03, 07, 08) and mobile phones (04);
• calls to Australian 13, 1300 & 1800 services;
• calls to retrieve messages from the included VoiceMail service - and as an extra bonus, there's no charge for call diversions to the VoiceMail service;
• video calls to Australian mobiles;
• SMS & MMS messages to national and international mobiles;
• calls diverted to SurePage; and
• call diversion to standard Australian numbers (02, 03, 04, 07, 08).

The Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion on the Value, Premium and Sixty plans provides a monthly amount of voice calls from your NodeMobile to other NodeMobile phone services - ideal for friends & family, or for a business mobile fleet.

It is important to understand that the two inclusions are independent of each other:

• All SMS & MMS messages to other NodeMobile services are allocated against your monthly Standard Calls & Text inclusion.
• All calls to other NodeMobile services are allocated against your monthly Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion.
• If you use all of the monthly Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion, any additional calls to NodeMobile services are charged at the standard rate for calls to Australian mobiles - they are not allocated against any remaining Standard Calls & Text inclusion.

Data, Messaging & Video Call Charges

All data usage is counted as the total of uploads plus downloads, with a minimum increment of 1 kiloByte.

Social Media

NodeMobile plans include 150 GB per month of social media - including eBay, Facebook, Linkedin, Foursquare, Twitter and MySpace.

• The social media inclusion applies to the specific social media URLs only. For example, data traffic resulting from clicking on a link within Facebook to download content from another website would not be included in the social media allowance, and would consume your regular data allowance.
• The social media inclusion applies to on-phone usage within Australia - it does not apply to any traffic accessed via 'tethering' (when your phone is used as a modem for other devices).

We've partnered with Optus to deliver the NodeMobile service. This requires the NodeMobile service to be subject to the Optus Fair Go™ Policy - and so your use of the NodeMobile service means that you also agree to the Optus Fair Go™ Policy.

Charges for Other Call Types

Any transaction types not listed above are charged at the standard Optus Retail rate.
