If you report to us that you have received suspect, abusive or offensive items of email, we may request that you send us a copy of the offending email with "Full Headers".
Full Headers are lines of information at the start of an email message which identifies where the email came from. Usually when you see a message in your Inbox, these lines are abbreviated to show the Sender, Recipient, Date, Subject, and so on. The Full Headers reveal a lot more information to help us to better track the message and find its sender - even if the sender has tried altering or 'forging' this header information.
In the event that we ask you to send us the offending email with its Full Headers, you can find instructions on how to do this below.
Once we receive the email with its Full Headers from you, we will investigate the issue further, and contact you either by phone or email.
