Step 1

Click on the Start button, the click on the Control Panel icon.

Step 2

Double click on the Network and Sharing Center icon.
Note: If this icon is not available, click on Switch to classic view on the left blue pane.

Step 3

Click on Set up a connection or network on the left blue pane.

Step 4

Click on Connect to the Internet, the click Next

Step 5

Click on Dial-up.

Step 6

In the Dial-up phone number: field, enter a dialup number. Click here to obtain dial-up number
Enter your username in the User name: field and your password in the Password: field. Then click Create to continue.

Step 7

Click on Close to complete the setup.

Step 8

Once completed you will be able to connect by click on Connect to a network on the left blue pane of in Network and Sharing Center .

Step 9

Click on the Dialup you've just created then click on the Connect button
