Internode supports both traditional analog modems as well as digital ISDN connections. We include a range of useful features including email/webmail, local technical support, static IP addressing and more.
Home Dialup services are also available for casual dialup requirements.
You will require equipment (such as a modem) and a telephone access line (either PSTN or ISDN) to access the Internode Dialup Internet service. Internode are not responsible for providing this hardware or telephone access lines; nor are we responsible for any call charges incurred in accessing the service.
When you apply for an Internode Business Dialup Internet service, you should be aware that you are entering an agreement with Internode.
When you sign up for a service you agree to the Internode Customer Relationship Agreement including the Internode Acceptable Use Policy. These are Internode's standard terms and conditions for the Business Dialup Internet service. Please call us if you would like any help interpreting these documents.
Invoices, Internode Bulletins, and other notifications are sent to your Internode email address or nominated billing address.
Please note that the first monthly service charge and the establishment charge must be paid in full before Internode can activate the service.
Posting of paper invoices is available, but discouraged for environmental reasons. If requested, this will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to credit card payments. Full details on surcharges and payment options are available on our Accounts and Billing pages.
Home Dial plans are available for casual or residential use.
