An early cancellation charge of $99 applies within the first 3 months, to cover administrative costs. Internode will waive this charge if you are converting your NodeLine Business service to Easy Naked Business.
If you 'ported' your number into NodeLine from a non-Telstra network, a separate early cancellation charge applies. This is uncommon - most numbers are already on the Telstra network, and can simply be 'churned'. Don't worry if you don't know whether your transfer is a port or a churn - we'll take care of it.
You will never have to pay both cancellation charges. If the port cancellation charge applies, then the 3 month cancellation charge will not apply. Ports are fully explained in the NodeLine Transfer page.
