We’ll cancel your existing service on the date you specify. Unless you request a delay, we’ll also attempt to connect your new service as close to this date as possible. Please note that due to a number of factors, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to get your new service connected on exactly the date that you request but we always work hard to keep any downtime to a minimum.

Important: If a previous tenant/owner has left an active phone service at your new address, we may not be able to legally proceed with your relocation until that active service has been cancelled or relocated, or you have supplied us with Proof of Occupancy documents.
