First, check if Easy Naked is available by entering your address (and phone number, if known) into our online Coverage Checker.
Our Coverage Checker will show if your exchange has the equipment needed to deliver Easy Naked. However, it cannot analyse the copper access network between your premises and the local exchange. That can only be done when we receive your order. Specifically, Easy Naked can only be delivered:
It is also worth noting that not all DSLAMs offer Easy Naked. We'll check all this as part of provisioning your service. If we find that you can't get Easy Naked, you can cancel the order with no penalty - no success, no fee!
Once you know Easy Naked is available, read on to learn how to get connected. If you have any questions, please contact our Sales team online or call us on 13 66 33.
Convert an Active Telephone Service
This option involves the conversion of an existing active Telstra telephone service into an Easy Naked service, with only a brief outage. This tends to be the most convenient method, since no site visit is required.

Connect a New Service on Vacant Copper
These connections involve installing your Easy Naked service on an existing spare ('vacant') copper pair at your premises - a site visit may be required.
Please be aware that you may incur costs if you cancel your Naked ADSL order before cut-over. Also note that we will install the service exactly as specified by you. Please double-check the service address and phone number carefully!
You can cancel an order for Easy Naked up to a week before the scheduled cut-over date, without penalty. After this point we incur considerable third party costs and commitments, and these are passed on to you.
Charges apply if you cancel your Easy Naked order within five working days of the scheduled cut-over date. These include the setup charge, one month's plan rental, plus the early cancellation charge.
Make sure that the information you provide is accurate, as we will install Easy Naked exactly according to your instructions. If you provide incorrect information - such as the wrong phone number - your service may be installed on the wrong copper pair.
Because of costs incurred in completed conversions, you will be charged for corrections to the Easy Naked service that you have incorrectly specified. This will consist of either:
If you have a NakedExtreme, NakedUltra, or older Easy Naked plan, simply change plan to Easy Naked.
If you have an existing Easy Bundle ADSL2+ service, and you'd like to remove the phone service, contact our Sales team to switch to Easy Naked. Please note that a $50 cancellation charge applies to cancel the phone component of Easy Bundle.
If you have an existing Easy Naked, Easy Bundle, or Ultra service delivered via an Optus DSLAM, learn how to migrate to an Internode DSLAM - at no charge!
