If your equipment proves faulty within the Internode warranty period, contact our Helpdesk. We'll help you with fixing the problem, and (if necessary) send you a replacement unit and return satchel.

If you need to return your hardware to Internode for any reason, ensure that you also include the accessories. You'll need to return your faulty equipment within 14 days of receipt of your return postal satchel - otherwise, you will be charged for the replacement equipment.
