If you already have a home phone service: Transfer with a $0 setup fee
Most home phone services can be transferred to NodeLine Home as a simple 'churn' - these are currently $0.

If you don't already have a phone service: from $59 to $179
|First Service||Additional Services|
If any non-standard work is required, there may be additional setup charges - you will be advised by the technician if this is the case. This includes cabling past the first socket or network boundary point, trenching, or more difficult installations.
From 30 June 2016, the setup fee for the first service on a new line installation has been changed from $299 to $99. The setup fee for the first service on a telephone line connection with technician visit has also been changed from $125 to $99.
For premises that already have a physical phone line with dial tone - excludes
brand new houses and apartments. This normally takes 2-4 working days.

For premises with a socket and line, but no dial tone. Normally takes 5-7 working days.
Cost may vary depending on whether a physical connection is also required.
|New line installation
For new homes, homes with no history of phone activity, or pre-existing homes that
need additional lines.

A minimum three month contract term applies to NodeLine. An early cancellation charge applies if your NodeLine service is cancelled during this initial three month period.
The early cancellation charge is waived if you are converting the NodeLine service to an Internode Naked ADSL service.

An early cancellation charge of $99 applies within the first 3 months, to cover administrative costs. Internode will waive this charge if you are converting your NodeLine service to Easy Naked.
If you 'ported' your number into NodeLine from a non-Telstra network, a separate early cancellation charge applies. This is uncommon - most numbers are already on the Telstra network, and can simply be 'churned'. Don't worry if you don't know whether your transfer is a port or a churn - we'll take care of it.
- If you've requested a transfer to NodeLine and it turns out to be a port, we'll contact you. Internode does not currently process ports, so your order will be cancelled without any cost or penalty to you.
- In the past, Internode processed ports into NodeLine. For these services only, an early cancellation charge of $250 applies for the first 12 months.
You will never have to pay both cancellation charges. If the port cancellation charge applies, then the 3 month cancellation charge will not apply. Ports are fully explained in the NodeLine Transfer page.
The monthly rental of a NodeLine Home Value service is $29.95. Call charges, call packs, and optional features are additional.
Call Packs offer excellent value with a variety of included calls for a flat extra monthly charge. These include:

New customers can request call packs during sign up. Existing customers can add or remove call packs online through My Internode.

NodeLine also includes a range of useful features with no extra monthly charge. A small usage charge applies if you use these features. Please refer to the Call Rates page for more details.
If you pre-select your long distance calls to another carrier, a surcharge of $5 per month is applied to your NodeLine Home service.
Call charges on NodeLine Home are very competitive. Timed calls - standard national, international, and calls to Australian mobiles - are charged to the nearest second, with a one minute minimum charge. Full details are available on the Call Rates page.
|Relocations||Relocation of a NodeLine service is charged exactly the same as setting up a new NodeLine service.|
|Change of Number||Changing the number of your NodeLine service has a $39 once-off charge.|
|Change of Lessee||Changing the NodeLine account holder (the 'lessee') has a $59 once-off charge. This will be waived if you're simply changing your name (for example, due to marriage or deed poll); or in certain extenuating situations such as if the original lessee has passed away.|
|Incorrect Call-Out Fee||If we attend your premises to repair a Fault reported by you, but we determine that there is no Fault or the Fault is caused by Your Equipment, we may charge you a fee of $135 for attendance plus $40 per 15 minutes there-after with a 15 minute minimum.|
Existing Features- if you transfer a phone service to NodeLine Home and it has existing chargeable features, we will on-bill those charges to you. This includes (but is not limited to):

|Handset Rental||We strongly recommend that you cancel any rental handset arrangements with your current provider prior to transferring to NodeLine. Otherwise, we will on-bill the rental charge - which varies between $3.00 and $8.00 per month, depending on the handset model. Rental handsets from your previous provider cannot be returned to Internode.|

You may only access the service using equipment approved by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. A standard telephone handset is required to use your NodeLine phone service.
All quoted pricing includes GST.
Your Agreement with Internode
When you apply for Internode NodeLine, you should be aware that you are entering an agreement with Internode.
When you sign up for a service you agree to the Internode Customer Relationship Agreement and the Internode NodeLine Service Description. These are Internode's standard terms and conditions for the NodeLine service.
Important Information about NodeLine Home services
- Residential purposes only
NodeLine Home services are designed for normal residential applications. If you require a phone service for your business, please select NodeLine Business Value.
- Priority Assistance is not available
We do not offer priority assistance, nor support for medi-alert services and monitored alarm systems. Priority assistance is offered by Telstra for people who may be reliant on a telephone service because of a serious medical condition. If you have a medi-alert or priority assistance service or believe that you are eligible, please consider this before proceeding with your order.
- No Access to 19/1900 Premium Numbers
Be aware that 19/1900 premium rate numbers cannot be called from a NodeLine service.
- The Local, National, and Mobile Call Pack does not include calls to 13/1300 numbers or other special services.
- Our Acceptable Use Policy applies.
- We do not currently provide support for teletypewriter equipment.
- Any cabling that is required in your premises beyond the network boundary point is your cost and responsibility.
Billing and Notifications
Invoices, Internode Bulletins, and usage warnings are sent to your Internode email address or nominated billing address. When your service is activated, you'll receive a configuration sheet with the details of your Internode email address.
As per the Internode Customer Relationship Agreement, payment is required in advance. You will be required to pay the setup fee (if applicable) and the first monthly fee upon provisioning of your service. Billing will commence upon activation of the service.
NodeLine services are non-refundable, however no charges apply until the service is confirmed as deliverable by our carrier.
Posting of paper invoices is available, but discouraged for environmental reasons. If requested, this will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to credit card payments. Full details on surcharges and payment options are available on our Accounts and Billing pages.
