On 17 November 2010, Internode released a revised set of ADSL plans via the Telstra Wholesale broadband access network - the Easy Reach range.
Easy Reach delivers high speed ADSL and ADSL2+ services nationwide, with a range of monthly download quotas.

As well as the usual benefits of static IP address, faster excess shaping and soho.on.net subdomain; the SOHO Reach plans also feature unmetered uploads. By contrast the Easy Reach plans are dynamic and count quota as the sum of uploads plus downloads.
Easy Reach plans are delivered via Australia's largest broadband network.

With the release of Easy Reach; Internode has now grandfathered all remaining 'fixed speed' services - those operating at 256/64 kbps, 512/128 kbps or 1500/256 kbps. Home and SOHO ADSL Fast plans have also been grandfathered. 'Grandfathering' means that current customers can remain on these plans, but they are not available for purchase.
Internode managing director Simon Hackett said the new Easy Reach plans made it simple to choose a broadband service. "Now, we offer only one ADSL broadband speed for our customers anywhere we connect them," he said. "Every customer gets the fastest possible connection on every new plan, in every location."
There is no automatic migration to the new plans, so existing customers will only move to a new plan if they choose to.
In areas where ADSL2+ is unavailable, Internode will deliver services at full-rate ADSL1 speeds. Existing customers can change to these new plans with no plan change or upgrade costs applying, and just a 12 month contract term commitment.
Customers can change from one Easy Reach plan to another each month with no change fees and no further extension of contract term.
