If you already have a suitable Internode Naked ADSL service - on a previous Easy Naked, NakedUltra or NakedExtreme plan - you can simply request an online plan change to the new Easy Naked plans.
Alternatively, if you already have a suitable existing Internode Easy Bundle service, you can request online that the phone service is cancelled. This effectively makes it an Easy Naked plan.
And finally, there's a process for customers that are already connected to an Internode Naked ADSL plan via an Optus Wholesale DSLAM, and would like to be migrated to an Internode DSLAM.
The first step is to check whether Easy Naked is available in your exchange area:
This will indicate whether your local exchange has the necessary equipment to deliver Easy Naked. It doesn't however analyse the copper access network between your premises and the local exchange - that can only be done when we receive your order. Specifically, Easy Naked can only be delivered :
It is also worth noting that not all DSLAMs currently offer Easy Naked services.
We'll check all these items as part of provisioning your service. If at any point we find you cannot obtain Easy Naked at your premise, you can cancel the order with no penalty - no success, no fee!
There are three methods to setup an Easy Naked service. Please review this information, and if you're still not sure, just contact Internode Sales for further assistance.
This involves the conversion of an existing active Telstra telephone service into an Easy Naked service, with only a brief outage. This tends to be the most convenient method, since no site visit is required.

This involves the transfer of a suitable existing naked ADSL service (or other service delivered via unconditioned local loop) from another service provider to Easy Naked, with only a brief outage. This is another simple way to set up your service, with no site visit required.

Please ensure that you are aware of the costs that you may incur for cancelling Easy Naked orders prior to cutover. Also note that we will install the service exactly as specified by you - so please double-check the service address and phone number carefully!
You can cancel an order for Easy Naked up to a week before the scheduled cutover date, without penalty. After this point we incur considerable third party costs and commitments, and these are passed on to you.
Specifically, if you cancel your order for an Easy Naked service within five working days of the scheduled cutover date, then the setup charge plus one month's rental plus the early cancellation charge will apply.
Please ensure accuracy in the information that you provide us for your Easy Naked order, since we will install the service exactly according to the instructions that you have given us. So if you provide incorrect information on your order - such as the wrong phone number to be converted to Easy Naked - then your service may be installed on the wrong copper pair.
Because of costs that we incur in all completed conversions, you will be charged for corrections to the Easy Naked service that you have incorrectly specified. This will consist of either:
