
Internode was named Emerging Broadband Service Provider of the Year by Frost & Sullivan.
Frost & Sullivan ICT Practice Senior Research Analyst Phil Harpur said Internode had shown impressive growth and market innovation through its naked ADSL2+ offerings. "Internode was one of the pioneering Broadband Service Providers to roll out and launch services in this market segment," he said.
Frost & Sullivan is a global research organisation, which employs 1800 analysts and consultants to monitor more than 300 industries and 250,000 companies.
In November 2009, Internode topped Choice’s customer satisfaction survey of broadband providers in the ADSL and ADSL2+ categories.
Made up of 4716 customers from 43 different ISPs, Internode MD Simon Hackett said the strong customer satisfaction rating in the survey was a valued measure of the company's performance.

Internode has won the inaugural Best ISP (Internet Service Provider) accolade from the annual League of Exceptional Service survey held by AFR Smart Investor magazine.
Announced in the December 2009 edition, the award is based on a national survey of the magazine’s readers, who were asked to nominate their preferred service providers in a range of industries. This is the first year that Internet Service Providers have been included in the survey, with Internode receiving an overall satisfaction rating of 80%.
AFR Smart Investor magazine is a monthly publication aimed at Australian investors seeking information and analysis for wealth creation and financial security.
In August 2009, Internode won the Environmental Responsibility Award at the 2009 Communications Alliance and CommsDay Awards (ACOMMS09) in Sydney. The prestigious award recognised the major steps Internode has taken during the past two years to minimise its impact on the environment.

In September 2008, Internode again gained a place on the prestigious BRW Top 500 list of privately owned companies after its debut in 2007. As the only specialist broadband supplier on the 2008 list, Internode moved up the ranks from 446 to 413.

In September 2008, Internode topped the national ISP customer satisfaction survey conducted by researcher Roy Morgan, getting the thumbs-up from more than 80 per cent of its customers. The Roy Morgan report, which drew on a sample of more than 13,000 during the previous 12 months, stated that 83.7 per cent of customers reported that Internode had exceeded or generally met their expectations. With an industry-average customer satisfaction rate of 66.3 per cent, this was indeed a poll-topping performance by Internode.
Roy Morgan Research is the largest independent Australian research company, with offices in each state of Australia, as well as in New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom.

In August 2008, Internode Managing Director Simon Hackett was presented with the Australian communication industry’s top honour for individual achievement - the Telecommunications Ambassador award. Presented at the prestigious Communications Alliance ACOMMS Awards in Sydney, the award acknowledged Simon Hackett as an outstanding individual who has shown strong leadership and made a significant and visible contribution to the Australian communications industry.
Communications Alliance was formed to provide a unified voice for the Australian communications industry and to lead it into the next generation of converging networks, technologies and services.
In March 2008, at the annual ATUG (Australian Telecommunications User Group) awards ceremony in Sydney, Internode was presented with the ATUG Excellence Award for the Best Regional Communications Solution. The award recognised Internode's outstanding achievements in innovation and services to end users through its deployment of Australia's first region-wide, wireless broadband service using the WiMAX standard, on SA’s Yorke Peninsula.

APC Magazine internet technology awards 2007
Internode won both the ADSL and ADSL2+ broadband provider categories in APC Magazine’s reader-voted 2007 Internet Technology Awards. APC Editor Tony Sarno said, "There are plenty of bargain basement ISPs out there, and plenty of high-priced ones, but Internode bridges the gap by offering first-rate network quality and support and maximum flexibility on how broadband connections can be used. Our readers overwhelmingly voted for it."

National broadband innovator Internode has topped off a record-breaking year by winning national recognition as South Australia's fastest growing technology company.
With three-year revenue growth averaging 138 per cent each year, Adelaide-based Internode is ranked as the fastest growing South Australian technology company in the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards. Internode holds 33rd position nationally.

Internode were rated equal first place as one of the most reliable ISPs, according to the 2004 Australian Broadband Users Survey.
86.2% of survey respondents on Internode said they were happy with their Internet connection. A massive 93.2% of Internode users who completed the survey voted that they stick with Internode because of its reliability. 97.3% of Internode users also voted that they would be happy to recommend Internode to other people.
