Existing Internode ADSL customers connected via a Telstra Wholesale DSLAM port can simply change plans online to Easy Reach - no once-off charges or changes to your contract term apply.

Your broadband requirements may change over time, so you're not locked in to a particular monthly quota.
You can use another service provider for the telephone service associated with your Easy Reach, and pay the standard monthly plan pricing.
However, please note that these Easy Reach plans are eligible for a $20 per month bundling discount if the associated phone service is an Internode NodeLine. Transferring to NodeLine is easy - you retain your current phone number and keep using your phone in exactly the same way.
The total minimum price depends on the setup option and plan that you select; as shown in the following two tables. Please note that if you need to purchase equipment or arrange premises cabling, then your total costs may be higher.
The following table shows the total minimum price on a monthly contract for each plan - i.e., the standard setup charge of $129 for a new service connection plus one month of broadband plan rental.

Total Minimum Price - Monthly Contract
The standard setup charge is reduced on the 24 month contract option.
The following table shows the total minimum price on a 24 month contract for each plan over a 24 month period. This is the reduced setup charge of $79 for a new service connection, plus 24 months of Easy Reach plan rental. The total minimum price will be $79 less if your Easy Reach service can be setup via a Fast Transfer ('churn') of a suitable existing ADSL service.

Total Minimum Price - 24 Month Contract
You will require an ADSL router to connect your Easy Reach service. If you don't already have a suitable device, check out our extensive range of broadband routers.

When you apply for Internode Easy Reach, you should be aware that you are entering an agreement with Internode.
When you sign up for a service you agree to the Internode Standard Form of Agreement, Internode ADSL Service Specifications and the Internode Business Pack Service Schedule. These are Internode's standard terms and conditions for the Easy Reach service with a Business Pack.
The maximum possible speed of an Easy Reach ADSL2+ service will depend on a number of factors. These include the length and quality of the phone line that links your premises to your local telephone exchange, and the type of ADSL modem or router that you are using.
Internode does not guarantee that customers who select the Easy Reach plans will be able to obtain the maximum theoretical speed.
Please be aware that your Internode Easy Reach service will be automatically cancelled by Telstra and a new ADSL service will need to be ordered by you (including a new $129 Activation fee) in the following circumstances:

Tax invoices, Internode Bulletins and automated data usage warning messages are sent to your Internode email address. Please refer to the configuration sheet (supplied when your service is activated) for details of your Internode email address. You can automatically forward these emails to another email address if required, via our online Email Management system.
If you have ordered hardware you will be required to pay for it by credit card before it is sent to you. As per the Internode Standard Form of Agreement, payment for all recurring charges is required monthly in advance. This means that your first invoice will have the setup fee (if applicable) and the monthly plan fees for your service for the first 2 months. Billing will begin within 7 days of the service being provisioned by our carrier, or earlier if you have registered a successful login.
No charges apply until the service is confirmed as deliverable by our carrier.
Posting of paper invoices is available but discouraged for environmental reasons, and if requested will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to payments made by credit card - full details on this and our other payment options are available here.
