General Information About Plan Changes
Plan changes will occur on your next service rollover date. If you need an immediate upgrade to this month's download allowance, you can purchase a Data Block (Home and SOHO plans only).
For Residential Customers
Simply log in to My Internode with your username and password; and click on the Change ADSL Plan link under 'Account Management'. Then you simply request your new speed (or leave it unchanged), and select the new plan that you require - it's simple!
For All Other Customers
Plan changes may be submitted in writing by an authorised person. Please send us an email to planchanges@internode.on.net with the following information:
- Client Number or Service ID.
- Your username.
- Billing address.
- The new plan that you require.
