To see which plans are available to you, or to upgrade your ADSL plan to one of our new Easy plans, simply visit our Online Plan Changer.

In general, customers who wish to take advantage of the new deals need to request a plan change - otherwise you'll remain on your current plan. Please refer to this blog post regarding our general policy on plan changes.

• However, certain specific plans (on services that are out of contract) are being automatically changed, and all affected customers will be notified - more details.
