If you already have a suitable Internode phone & broadband bundle - such as an Ultra, UltraLine or UltraBundle service - you can simply request an online plan change to an Internode Easy Bundle. There's no once-off charge for this plan change.
Similarly, if you already have a suitable Internode naked ADSL service - such as a NakedUltra service, or Easy Naked via an Optus port - this can be easily upgraded to an Internode Easy Bundle.
The first step is to check whether Easy Bundle is available in your exchange area:
This will indicate whether your local exchange has the necessary equipment to deliver an Easy Bundle. It doesn't however analyse the copper access network between your premises and the local exchange - that can only be done when we receive your order. Specifically, Easy Bundle can only be delivered :
We'll check all these items as part of provisioning your service. If at any point we find you cannot obtain an Easy Bundle service at your premise, you can cancel the order with no penalty - no success, no fee!
There are three methods to setup an Easy Bundle service. Please review this information, and if you’re still not sure, just contact Internode Sales for further assistance.
This option involves the conversion of an existing active Telstra telephone service into an Easy Bundle service, with only a brief outage. This tends to be the most convenient method, since no site visit is required.

Another convenient option for obtaining Easy Bundle is to 'churn' an existing service from another service provider. This is available if your current service is delivered via an Optus DSLAM.

These connections involve installing your Easy Bundle service on an existing spare ('vacant') copper pair at your premises - a site visit may be required.

Internode Easy Bundle includes a fully featured analog telephone service and supports 'traditional' services that require an analog modem connection, such as most monitored alarm systems, eftpos machines, fax machines, dialup modems, etc.
However, Easy Bundle does not offer:
Internode will apply a $5 per transaction charge for any third-party services that you charge to your Easy Bundle service - including, but not limited to, reverse charge calls, carrier over-ride calls, and enhanced directory listings. We would prefer that you avoid or minimise any such transactions on your Easy Bundle phone account.
Please ensure that you are aware of the costs that you may incur for cancelling Easy Bundle orders prior to cutover. Also note that we will install the service exactly as specified by you - so please double-check the service address and phone number carefully!
You can cancel an order for Easy Bundle up to a week before the scheduled cutover date, without penalty. After this point we incur considerable third party costs and commitments, and these are passed on to you.
Specifically, if you cancel your order for an Easy Bundle service within five working days of the scheduled cutover date, then the setup charge plus one month's rental plus the early cancellation charge will apply.
Please ensure accuracy in the information that you provide us for your Easy Bundle order, since we will install the service exactly according to the instructions that you have given us. So if you provide incorrect information on your order - such as the wrong phone number to be converted to Easy Bundle - then your service may be installed on the wrong copper pair.
Because of costs that we incur in all completed conversions, you will be charged for corrections to the Easy Bundle service that you have incorrectly specified. This will consist of either:
