Your Monthly Included Value

The included value covers specific types of calls, texts and data usage within Australia.

The Standard Calls & Text inclusion consists of:

  • voice calls to standard Australian fixed line phones (02, 03, 07, 08) and mobile phones (04);
  • calls to Australian 13, 1300 & 1800 services;
  • calls to retrieve messages from the included voicemail service - and as an extra bonus, there's no charge for call diversions to the voicemail service;
  • video calls to Australian mobiles;
  • SMS & MMS messages to national and international mobiles;
  • calls diverted to SurePage; and
  • call diversion to standard Australian numbers (02, 03, 04, 07, 08).

NodeMobile Value, Premium and Sixty plans also benefit from a monthly Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion. This included value applies to voice calls from your NodeMobile to other NodeMobile phone services - ideal for friends & family, or for a business mobile fleet.

Call & Messaging Charges

The standard rate for a call (to Australian mobile or fixed line) is 35 cents flagfall & 90 cents per minute, charged in 30 second blocks. SMS text messages are 25 cents each.

Data & Social Media Charges

Excess data usage - beyond the monthly inclusion - is charged at 20 cents per MB.

There's also a massive 150 GB per month inclusion of social media traffic on your mobile phone - Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Linkedin, Ebay and Foursquare.

  • The social media inclusion applies to the specific social media URLs only. For example, data traffic resulting from clicking on a link within Facebook to download content from another website would not be included in the social media allowance, and would consume your regular data allowance.
  • The social media inclusion applies to on-phone usage within Australia - it does not apply to any traffic accessed via 'tethering' (when your phone is used as a modem for other devices).

Standardised Cost Information

2 Minute Standard National Mobile Call A 2 minute national mobile call will cost $2.15.
Standard National Mobile SMS A standard national mobile SMS will cost $0.25.
One Megabyte of Data within Australia Excess data usage (above the monthly plan inclusion) will cost $0.20 per Megabyte.

Setup Charge

The setup charge for a NodeMobile service is $10 which includes your NodeMobile SIM, MicroSIM or NanoSIM; plus $5 delivery anywhere in Australia. You have the choice of a new mobile phone number, or porting your existing mobile phone number at no additional charge.

  • All NodeMobile services are on a month by month contract, with no early cancellation charge.

Can I Get It?

NodeMobile is an Internode mobile phone service delivered via the Optus mobile network, which now covers over 97% of Australia's population.

Furthermore NodeMobile is only available to existing Internode customers with a fixed location service, such as ADSL, Fibre to the Home, Fixed-Wireless Broadband or NodeLine.
