The standard Fetch plan is available on a Monthly Contract.
You need to purchase a set top box, and have the choice of $59.99 for the Fetch Mini set top box, or $399.99 for the Fetch Mighty set top box.
No early cancellation charges apply to the Fetch service.
You will require an Internode broadband service, that is, ADSL2+, NBN, or Fibre to the Premises broadband. You will also need a compatible broadband router, and a Fetch set top box to connect a Fetch service. A digital TV aerial is also needed for free-to-air television.
Channel Packs and World TV Packs are available, and for the best experience we recommend your broadband download speeds are at least 3 Mbps.
The total minimum cost for Fetch depends on your chosen Internode broadband service and chosen Fetch set top box model, as shown in the following table. Please note that if you need to purchase other equipment or arrange premises cabling, then your total costs may be higher.
The following table shows the total minimum cost for Fetch with:
- Easy Naked Unlimited
$69.99 per month + setup ($129 on a monthly contract)
NOTE: Total costs may be higher if your chosen Internode broadband plan is different.
|Total Minimum Cost||Fetch plan|
† Total Min Cost for Fetch plan is based on 1 month of Fetch plan rental ($5), 1 month of Easy Naked Unlimited (at $69.99 a month plus standard set up fee of $129), plus $59.99 for Fetch Mini set top box or $399.99 for Fetch Mighty set top box.
Add-Ons (for example, channel packs, TV & movie rentals, or purchases), and any extra setup costs (for example, wiring or extra hardware such as Ethernet over Power adapters) are at additional cost.
with Fetch Mini set top box ($59.99)
with Fetch Mighty set top box ($399.99)
- The cost of all Fetch services is in addition to your monthly Internode broadband access fee. Fetch is delivered over your broadband, so if you cancel your broadband service, your Fetch service will also be cancelled automatically.
- The Fetch service offers content for purchase. Please note that buying content gives you access so long as you have your current Fetch account. This access will be lost if your account is cancelled or deactivated.
- Internode does not provide any Fetch services for Internode dialup or mobile products.
Invoices and Internode Bulletins are sent to your Internode email address or nominated billing address.
As per the Internode Customer Relationship Agreement, payment for all recurring charges is required monthly in advance. This means that your first invoice will have the setup fee, and the monthly plan fees for your service for the first 2 months. TV and Movie purchases, and Movie Rentals are charged monthly in arrears.
Posting of paper invoices is available, but discouraged for environmental reasons. If requested, this will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to credit card payments. Full details on surcharges and payment options are available on our Accounts and Billing pages.
