
Call forwarding, call return and last number redial are just some of the complimentary services you can activate and deactivate at any time using NodePhone.
Dialing these special codes allows you to activate and deactive extra features of your NodePhone service. Alternatively, you can log in to the NodePhone toolbox and set these parameters online.

You will be charged the applicable call rate for the call forwarded from your NodePhone service, as per the table found here.
Call Forward Always - Activate (*21)
This forwards all calls without delay or option, to another telephone number, which you designate when you dial *21 (our systems will prompt you for the number).
Call Forward Always - Deactivate (*22)
This deactivates Call Forward Always.
Call Forward Busy - Activate (*24)
This feature forwards (when your NodePhone service is busy/engaged/off hook) all calls to another telephone number, which you designate when you dial *24 (our systems will prompt you for the number).
Call Forward Busy - Deactivate (*25)
This deactivates Call Forward Busy.
Call Forward No Answer - Activate (*61)
This feature forwards (when you do not answer your NodePhone connected phone) all calls to another telephone number, which you designate when you dial *61 (our systems will prompt you for the number).
Call Forward No Answer - Deactivate (*62)
This deactivates Call Forward No Answer
This feature will hide your NodePhone number from being displayed to the person you are calling. This is used on a per-call basis. By default, NodePhone Call Line ID presentation is disabled.
This feature will display your NodePhone number to the person you are calling (if they have a phone or system capable of viewing the number). This is used on a per-call basis. By default, NodePhone Call Line ID is disabled.
This service allows a customer, when in receipt of an obscene, harassing, or threatening phone call on their NodePhone number, to request that it be automatically traced, by dialing *57 after the call.
Customer Originated Trace allows Internode to record details about the source of the malicious call. This information is not available to customers; however if the Police are subsequently involved, the information may then be used by the relevant authorities to prosecute in a court of law.
After receiving a malicious call - answered or not - simply dial the feature code *57 for the detailed call record to saved at Internode. Internode will only release this information to the Police, under strict guidelines. There is no charge to customers for this feature.
This feature will cause your NodePhone to appear engaged or busy to anyone that tries to call you.
This deactivates the Do Not Disturb feature.
By simply pressing *66 the NodePhone system will instantly dial the last number you dialed that was sent via the NodePhone system
Call Return allows you to call the last party that called your NodePhone number, whether or not the original call was answered, as long as the original caller presented their number when they called.
To call back the last party that called your NodePhone number, just dial the call return feature access code (*69#). If the calling number is not available, you will hear an error message.
Remember: calls to returned numbers are charged to your account at the regular NodePhone call rates for the number being called.
Dial *59 to clear your NodePhone VoiceMail message wait indicator - this feature only applies to NodePhone2.

These special numbers are numbers which you can dial to test the functionality of your NodePhone service, and do not incur any call charges for NodePhone customers.
