General Information
Internode provides an online account information facility via our web site. This provides the most up to date and detailed data on the status of your Broadband account.
You can find this by clicking here and following the instructions provided.
If you would like to have a usage meter available 'online' on your computer, displaying your Internode Broadband ADSL or Wireless account usage, there are several usage meter programs available. These have been written by members of our customer base. We are most grateful for their contribution to the Internode user community!
Note: Since these meters were written by third parties, Internode is unable to warrant their reliability or that the contents of these software utilities are accurate or free of any viruses etc. We have no reason to think that they are - but we just need to point out that these programs were written by other folk, not by Internode, and we don't control the contents of these programs in any way.

Writing your own Usage Meter
If you are interested in the technical specifications for the interface that these programs use to retrieve usage and account data (perhaps because you would like to write a usage meter for another operating system), please fill in a request form here.
In your request, tell us what you have in mind, and we'll arrange a copy of the network interface specification for you.
Internode Logo Use
If you wish to use the Internode logo in a new usage meter (or elsewhere), please contact Internode about arranging permission to do so, ahead of making any actual use of the logo. Under most circumstances, that permission is provided on request, subject to adding a note into the software stating that the logo is used with permission.
