Internode has again topped a national customer satisfaction survey, this one of 2500 broadband consumers, commissioned by service ratings agency Canstar Blue.

Internode tops latest survey with five stars

Consumers placed Internode at the top poll position overall, with a five-star rating, in the survey conducted by Colmar Brunton. Internode also collected five-star rankings for categories including speed, reliability, billing and download quota value for money.

This latest success follows a series of Roy Morgan polls this year in which Internode was acknowledged by customers as Australia’s best broadband company. In the past year, Internode has also received awards from Frost & Sullivan, AFR Smart Investor magazine and consumer advocacy group Choice.

Announcing the poll on its website, Canstar Blue reported that surveyed consumers had been loud and clear about their favourite broadband provider. "Internode has won the inaugural Most Satisfied Customers - Broadband ADSL award," it stated.

"Clearly popular with its customers, Internode led the field in nearly all criteria, including overall satisfaction, speed, reliability of service, billing and download quota value for money."
