Internode is excited to be recognised for having the highest overall customer satisfaction scores and the most satisfied ADSL/2/2+ customers as a result of the 2017 CHOICE ISP Satisfaction Survey.
CHOICE is a leading independent customer advocacy group in Australia. For the first time, this year’s ISP satisfaction survey is a nationally representative snapshot of how major internet providers are performing.
Internode achieved the highest scores for Overall ISP satisfaction, scoring well above the national averages for service aspects such as customer support, connection reliability, and value for money. Additionally, Internode ADSL/2/2+ customers were more satisfied than all other ADSL/2/2+ customers surveyed.
