Internode awarded Most Satisfied Customers across NBN, ADSL & Bundled
Internode is extremely proud to receive Canstar Blue's 2018 Most Satisfied Customers award across not one, not two but three categories: NBN™, ADSL and Bundled Phone & Internet. This is also the first time one internet provider has received all three Canstar internet awards at the same time.
Canstar Blue is a leading consumer ratings agency that regularly surveys Australian consumers across a range of categories. Internet consumers were surveyed about their overall satisfaction, value for money, customer service, contract clarity, ease of activation and bill clarity as well as speed of plans and network performance in particular categories. Internode scored 5 out of 5 stars in every category for NBN™ and Bundled Phone & Internet, and all but one category for ADSL.
