Internode has launched NodePhone2, its second generation VoIP service that offers low-cost calls with the quality of a traditional telephone service.

Internode has commissioned a second data centre in Adelaide, providing full redundancy for the heart of its national broadband network and boosting its capacity by 400%.

Internode has become SA's first home-grown $100 million turnover Internet company, driven by record growth that has seen its broadband customer numbers exceed 100,000.

Internode has continued its national rollout of super-fast broadband by switching on ADSL2+ services at three telephone exchanges in Perth.
