NBN BYO modem hardware compatibility
This article lists NBN hardware compatibility for BYO modems on standard NBN plans.
Whether you’re re-using an NBN modem from a previous provider or purchased one from your local computer/electronics store or leading retailers such as Officeworks and JB Hi-Fi, most NBN modems will work with Internode NBN. However, there are a few exceptions. We’ve listed requirements and any modems with known compatibility issues here for your convenience.
Your modem must meet these requirements to work on Internode NBN:

Modems from previous NBN providers
In most cases, you'll be able to re-use your NBN modem from your previous NBN provider.
However, there are some exceptions which are listed below. We'll provide further updates here as they become available.

All modems currently supplied by Internode are compatible with our NBN services. Older modems which remain compatible are listed here. If an older modem is not listed, that means it’s not compatible or is no longer compatible due to updated requirements.
