Internode is closing sales to new customers
This article provides information about Internode’s cease sale to new customers, including information for existing Internode customers.
We have made the decision to simplify our products and platforms and allow us to focus our resources on delivering services to our existing customers.
As a result, we will no longer be signing up any new customers to Internode from 6/12/2023. Internode Turbo Fibre and Fibre Estates products will be unavailable for new connections from this date, though existing connections may continue.
We are also planning to transition all existing Internode residential customers across to the iiNet brand in the future.
New customers attempting to sign up from 6/12/2023 will be recommended to sign up with iiNet instead.
Information for existing Internode customers
What does this change mean for my existing Internode services?
This change will not disrupt your current services at this time.
You can still change your plan, add new services, update your account details, move house, and upgrade to a new broadband technology.
Note for existing Turbo Fibre and Fibre Estates customers: You can continue using your Turbo Fibre or Fibre Estates connection at your current address. If you move house in the future, you’ll need to choose a different type of broadband depending on what’s available at your new address.
When will my Internode account move to iiNet? Do I need to do anything?
You’ll receive a notice at least 30 days before your moving date.
This notice will be sent to the contact email on your Internode account. If needed, you can change your contact information in My Internode.
Will managing my Internode account be different with iiNet?
For Internode customers using the new version of My Internode, the change will be in looks only. You’ll enjoy the same layout and functionality in iiNet Toolbox as you do today in My Internode.
Customers using an older version of My Internode will be upgraded to the new version of iiNet Toolbox. You can get a sneak peek of what iiNet Toolbox looks like and how it works on the iiNet website.
