November 2017 Easy Broadband Plan Changes
On Tuesday 28 November 2017, Internode revised our Easy Broadband plans. We've improved the quota on our entry level plan and simplified our plans. These plans are available now, for both new and existing customers.
Changes include:
- The entry-level Easy Broadband plan has had its quota doubled for the same price.
- Existing customers on selected plans have received special once-off quota upgrades.
All previous Easy Broadband plans have been grandfathered, and are no longer available for new sign ups. Existing customers may change plan online to take advantage of the new deals. Read below for further details.

If you were on Easy Broadband 250…
Customers on the previous Easy Broadband 250 plan (at $59.99 per month, or $30.04 with bundling discount) have recieved an automatic and permanent upgrade to the new Easy Broadband 500 plan with 500 GB of data at no extra cost.
- Existing Easy Broadband 250 customers do not need to take any action, you will be changed to the new Easy Broadband 500 plan and receive an automatic quota upgrade at no extra cost. If you would like to change to a different plan, use our Online Plan Change tool.
- There is no change to your monthly rental, roll-over date, customer contract, or any of the terms and conditions.
If you were on Easy Broadband 500…
Customers on the previous Easy Broadband 500 plan (at $69.99 per month, or $40.04 with bundling discount) have received an automatic and permanent quota upgrade at no extra cost.
- Existing Easy Broadband 500 customers do not need to take any action, you will be changed to a special Instantly Grandfathered (IG) plan and receive an automatic quota upgrade at no extra cost. If you would like to change to a current plan, use our Online Plan Change tool.
- Please note: After receiving your automatic quota upgrade to the IG plan, if you change to a current plan, you will not be able to return to the IG plan.
- There is no change to your monthly rental, roll-over date, customer contract, or any of the terms and conditions.
If you were on Easy Broadband Unlimited…
There were no changes to the Easy Broadband Unlimited plan. This plan remains available for new and existing customers.
