Internode offers two automatic payment methods: Direct Debit and Credit Card.
Internode accepts credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express cards. Note that transaction fees (surcharges) apply to payments made to Internode via credit cards and debit cards:
Direct Debit payments do not attract a surcharge. Internode will automatically debit funds from your bank account when your invoice is due for payment.
The easiest way to set up automatic Credit Card payments is online through My Internode:

There are two ways to set up Direct Debit - either online through My Internode, or with a Direct Debit Request Form.
To set up your Direct Debit information online:
Alternatively, submit a Direct Debit Request Form (PDF). Make sure you provide your customer number so we can locate your account. Your customer number is located at the top right corner of your Internode invoice.
Once you have completed the form, please return it to Internode via fax (1300 396 633) or post (Internode, PO Box 284, Rundle Mall, SA, 5000).
