Historical Product Information

Updated NodeLine and Easy Bundle Call Rates

On Tuesday 24 March 2015, Internode will increase the International flagfall and 13/1300 rates. We're also introducing a flagfall for Standard National Calls and calls to Australian Mobiles from our landline phone services.

Despite the increase imposed by our wholesaler, these are the first increases since our landline service launched over 5 years ago. Even after the change, our flagfall remains one of the lowest across all major phone providers.

What are the changes?

  • A new 44 cent flagfall for Standard National and calls to Australian Mobiles for all landline services.
  • The International flagfall will increase to 44 cents (from 15 cents for NodeLine and Easy Bundle services, and from 39 cents for NodeLine Biz services).
  • 13/1300 calls will increase to 35 cents untimed (from 30 cents untimed for NodeLine and NodeLine Biz services, and from 27.5 cents untimed for Easy Bundle services).

In the interest of consistency, all grandfathered plans will also move to the new rate. None of our great per-minute or included call values will change.

Who do these changes apply to?

These changes apply to all current and grandfathered Home and Business landline services, including:

  • NodeLine Home Phone
  • NodeLine Business Value
  • NodeLine Biz
  • Easy Bundle Phone
  • UltraBundle Phone

The changes don't apply to NodeMobile, or any of our VoIP services, including NodePhone, NodePhone Business Trunks, NodePhone MultiLine, or Fibre Phone.

This change will not affect existing free-call 13/1300 numbers (for example, mental health services). This will also not affect any plans or Call Packs with inclusions covering either of these rates.

When will the changes take place?

While you may notice we've already updated the rates on our website, calls will only be charged at the new rates from 6 March 2015. All calls made before this date will continue to be billed at the current rates.
