Advice for our old billing system

Overview:

  • Internode sends bills on either a monthly or quarterly billing cycle. The quarterly billing cycle is no longer available to new customers, but continues to be supported for existing customers.
  • If you are paying by credit card, and wish to avoid the credit card surcharge fees by paying via another method, follow the instructions below:

Instructions:

  1. Set up automatic Credit Card payments:
    • If you are already paying monthly via automatic credit card payment, you can leave this arrangement in place.
  2. Pay the full amount due using another method:
    • Automatic Credit Card payments are first attempted on the date shown as Last day to pay on your Internode bill.
    • Pay the full amount owing at least 5 business days prior to this date to make sure the payment is received on the account before the system attempts to take payment.
  3. Make sure that Internode receive your full payment before your credit card payment date:
    • If Internode has received your payment before the Last day to pay noted on your bill using another payment method, no funds will be taken from your credit card (and no surcharge will apply).
    • If you do not pay the full amount due via your chosen payment method before the Last day to pay, the full or reminder of the payment will be made from your credit card automatically (and surcharge fees will apply).

Payment Methods and Times

Refer to the Payment Method page for details on alternate payment methods and timings.
